Chapter 1 General Provisions

  1. 1. Use of Services

    By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you can use our services.

  2. 2. Service Provision Location

    Our store is a mobile health service that sends women to locations such as your home or hotel (also known as "delivery health"). Therefore, the location where the service is provided will be the place where we determine the customer can be served. During reservation, we may ask questions to ensure the service can be provided, such as whether the customer will be staying alone or whether there are shower facilities or pets in the location.

  3. 3. How to Request Services

    Services can be requested by phone, email, or through an online reservation form. In accordance with the regulations of non-store type sex businesses, there is no physical storefront to visit for reservations.

  4. 4. Contacting You

    In cases of unexpected delays or issues such as traffic restrictions, construction, or vehicle troubles, or if you don't confirm your reservation by phone, we may contact you. Additionally, in the case of advance reservations where the scheduled cast member may have a health issue, we will notify you by phone if the reservation cannot be confirmed.

    For rare cases where a schedule change occurs unexpectedly, we will contact you as soon as possible (usually the next business day) to inform you of the situation.

  5. 5. Guarantee and Changes in Service Content

    We do not guarantee that the services we provide will be free of defects. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel services without prior notice to customers.

  6. 6. Service Restrictions

    We may impose conditions such as age restrictions when using the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers associated with antisocial forces or who may misuse the service or cause trouble to third parties.

  7. 7. Copyright

    • (1) The copyright for the content on our website (including text, photos, videos, music, etc.) belongs to us or the original author. You may not reproduce, publicly transmit, alter, or transfer the content without permission, except for personal use as allowed by copyright law.
    • (2) We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or reliability of the content on our website, and we are not responsible for any damages caused by using this content.
  8. 8. Exemption from Liability

    We are exempt from liability for any failure to perform our obligations if it is not due to our intent or negligence.

  9. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    We may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, if the changes significantly impact customers, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Chapter 2 Usage Rules

In order to provide better service to our customers using our services, we have set certain rules for usage.

By using our store (including inquiries and reservations), you agree to these usage rules.

1. Who Cannot Use Our Service

  • 1. Those under 18 years old or high school students
  • 2. Members of organized crime groups, or those with similar associations
  • 3. Those using drugs (such as marijuana, stimulants, solvents, or legal high herbs) or possessing them
  • 4. Those who are extremely drunk or in a state of confusion
  • 5. Those infected with sexually transmitted diseases or other contagious diseases, or who refuse to take a shower (including full-body and private area wash) or gargle before play
  • 6. Any other person whom our staff deems inappropriate for service

2. Prohibited Actions

  • 1. Engaging in actual sexual acts or demanding and coercing sexual acts through words or behavior, or any act related to these
  • 2. Unauthorized video or audio recording of our staff using cameras or recording devices
  • 3. Soliciting our staff to work for other stores or engaging in any actions related to such solicitation
  • 4. Offering to exchange contact information, inviting our staff to dates outside the store, or any actions related to these
  • 5. Refusing to take a shower (full-body and private area wash) or gargle before play, or any actions related to these
  • 6. Using inappropriate language or engaging in violent behavior

3. Usage Rules

  • 1. Service charges are due in advance. Please pay the full service charge in advance to our staff or the cast member. Service charges are defined as being due when the customer meets the dispatched woman. The shower time (before and after) is included within the course time.
  • 2. We do not engage in sending a different woman from the one shown in photos (commonly referred to as "substitution"). Therefore, we do not accept changes or cancellations after meeting the cast member.
  • 3. We do not accept course downgrades (time reductions) after meeting the cast member.
  • 4. We generally do not accept changes or cancellations of reservations. However, cases decided through discussion may be exceptions.
  • 5. In the event of a cancellation or change due to the customer's circumstances, up to 80% cancellation fee may be charged based on the course fee.
    • 1. Unnotified cancellation (e.g., failure to contact)
    • 2. Changes or cancellations judged as intentional or pranks
    • 3. One-sided changes or cancellations without discussion
    • 4. Other changes or cancellations with similar nature
  • Cancellation fees are calculated based on the reservation time: ①80% for cancellations within 2 hours, ②60% for 2 to 4 hours, ③30% for 4 to 24 hours before the reservation time.
  • 6. If the service has started and the customer fails to pay or the situation makes discussion impossible, we will demand full payment and take necessary actions, including visiting the customer, verifying the situation, and claiming damages.
  • 7. Even if a customer is dissatisfied with the service or the content of the meeting with the cast member, the full service charge must still be paid.
  • 8. While we make every effort to adhere to the reserved time, please be aware that the arrival time may be affected by customer location, traffic conditions, regulations, or congestion.
  • 9. Due to the advancement of recording devices, please refrain from engaging in actions that could be perceived as eavesdropping or filming, such as using smartphones or other devices aimed at the cast member.
  • 10. We also accept reservations outside of the 23 wards of Tokyo, but due to travel distance, we require a course of 120 minutes or more for such reservations.
  • 11. For quality improvement and trouble prevention, telephone conversations may be recorded.

4. Violations of Prohibited Actions and Rules

If any of our usage rules are violated, the service will be immediately stopped, and no refund will be provided. Additionally, depending on the violation, future use of our services will be prohibited, and appropriate measures will be taken.

  • 1. If violations of Prohibited Actions (1), (2), or (3) are discovered, a visit from store personnel will occur to verify the situation, and appropriate actions will be taken, including preserving evidence, claiming damages, and reporting to the police.
  • 2. If any damage is caused to the store or the cast member due to the customer's rule violation, we will take appropriate actions accordingly.

Chapter 3 Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of personal information protection and believe that its proper management is a critical social responsibility. In compliance with personal information laws, we will protect your personal information in accordance with the following practices to ensure that you can use our services with peace of mind.

1. Scope of Personal Information Collection

We will collect necessary personal information when you make a reservation, use our services, inquire, or subscribe to our email newsletter.

2. Scope of Personal Information Use

The personal information provided by you will be used only within the scope of the following purposes, and will not be used for any purposes other than those without your consent.

  • ・To provide you with our services.
  • ・To confirm the destination for our service dispatch.
  • ・To deliver responses to inquiries.
  • ・To send newsletters to those who have registered.

3. Security of Personal Information

We will take preventive measures against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information, and will maintain its security.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not disclose the personal information of customers to third parties without your consent. However, if we receive a legal request from judicial or administrative authorities, this will not apply.

5. Correction of Personal Information

If you wish to confirm, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact us. After verifying your identity, we will promptly respond within a reasonable scope.
